1. Responsible for promoting and selling TALOAR valves in the regions of Germany, Italy, Thailand, and Malaysia.2. Grow customer base for new projects in commercial buildings, hotels, chemical industry, manufacturing plants, water services, data centers, and other sectors.
3. Establish partnerships with top distributors in the industry.
4. Maintain strong relationships with key design institutes, mechanical and electrical consultants, HVAC and plumbing engineers to include TALOAR in mechanical and electrical specifications and projects’ brand libraries.
5. Stay updated on competitors’ products, suggest new product ideas, and provide market development insights based on demand.
6. Increase TALOAR’s market presence; organize regular training sessions for engineers and distributors; assist the company in organizing regional exhibitions and promotional events.
7. Meet quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial machinery, HVAC, electrical automation, or related fields.2. Five years or more of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries.
3. Strong skills in customer development, communication, and continuous learning.
